1. How can I place an order?

Choose your favorite items, select the correct size, and add them to your cart. Then click "Checkout" and follow the steps to complete your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay safely with iDEAL, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna (Pay Later), PayPal and Apple Pay.

3. Can I still change or cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can sometimes still make changes. In that case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

4. What are the shipping costs?

For orders above €50, shipping within the Netherlands is free.

For orders under €50, we charge a small shipping fee of €4.95.

5. How quickly will my order be delivered?

We ship within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace code by email.

Yes, we also ship internationally.

11. My size is sold out, will it be back?

Sign up for a notification (“Notify me”) on the product page — then you’ll get a message when your size is back in stock.

12. How do I best care for my lingerie?

Wash lingerie preferably by hand or in a laundry bag on a delicate cycle (max. 30°C). Air dry, do not tumble dry.
