If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please contact us at vanuedm@gmail.com  so we can resolve this.

Not satisfied with your order?

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original (including packaging) and saleable condition.

After receiving your return, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. For bundle purchases, all packaging must be sealed.

2. Download, print and fill out the form.

3. Please send the return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to vanuedm@gmail.com

4. Please pack the return shipment securely and send it to the address stated on the form.

We recommend To use a traceable shipping method, so you have proof of shipment. You are responsible for properly shipping the items until they reach us.

If necessary, please send your shipping receipt or tracking information to vanuedm@gmail.com  so we can monitor the process.
