Received Wrong or Defective Items?

Not satisfied with your order?
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original (including packaging) and saleable condition.
After receiving your return, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. For bundle purchases, all packaging must be sealed.
